Application for receiving interest payments in full amount
We immediately withhold 22% income tax from the interest payments of AS LHV Group bonds. If you have bought bonds to an investment account and wish to postpone the payment of income tax on interest payments, fill out this form. Upon completion and submission of the form, the interest of LHV Group bonds will be paid to your investment account in full.
With this statement, I confirm that I have purchased the bonds of AS LHV Group on the investment account mentioned in the declaration, which I declare to the Tax and Customs Board as an investment account. Consequently, I wish to defer the payment of income tax on interest payments received on this investment account by using the investment account system.
I confirm the accuracy of the information provided in the declaration and agree to the processing of my personal data by AS LHV Group in accordance with the LHV Customer Data Processing Principles.
The payment agent for AS LHV Group is AS LHV Pank. The deferral of the income tax obligation is ensured by submitting a declaration with correct data; otherwise, the payment agent has the right to disregard the data. It is also important to remember that if you hold AS LHV Group bonds in multiple investment accounts, a separate declaration must be submitted for each investment account.
