Information about the insurance agent
AS LHV Pank (registry code 10539549, hereinafter LHV) acts as the insurance agent of LHV Kindlustus (hereinafter LHV Kindlustus) and is entered in the list of insurance intermediaries published on the website of the Financial Supervision Authority (the entry can be verified at fi.ee).
As the insurance agent, LHV acts in the interests of LHV Kindlustus and is authorised to enter into home Insurance, casco Insurance, motor TPL Insurance, dwelling Insurance, vehicle warranty Insurance, corporate Insurance and travel Insurance contracts, including to accept insurance premiums on behalf of LHV Kindlustus, as well as to receive notices and applications related to insurance contracts mediated by LHV and perform other necessary actions.
The insurance premium includes the insurance agent's commission paid by LHV Kindlustus to LHV for concluding insurance contracts, in the amount of 9% of the insurance premium.
LHV Kindlustus is fully responsible for the activities of the insurance agent. You can file a complaint about the activities of the insurance agent:
