Terms and conditions for the Pay and Win campaign

  1. General

    1. The campaign is called Pay and Win (hereinafter: Campaign).
    2. The Campaign is organised by LHV Pank.
    3. The Campaign will be held from 25 November to 29 December 2019.
    4. The Campaign consists of five seven-day cycles:
      1) 25 November – 1 December 2019,
      2) 2–8 December 2019,
      3) 9–15 December 2019,
      4) 16–22 December 2019,
      5) 23–29 December 2019.
    5. The winners of each cycle shall be those six LHV clients whose names are drawn among all the clients who made a micro-investment in that cycle.
    6. LHV Pank shall determine the results of each cycle at 10.00 on the working day following the last day of the cycle, and shall contact the winners on the day following the determination of results, at the latest.
    7. The winners of previous cycles are not involved in picking the winners of the next cycles.
    8. There is no need to register to participate in the campaign; however, in the case of winning, the participant must agree to the publication of the collected amount on the lhv.ee website, in LHV's client communications e-mails, and on social media channels.
    9. The campaign does not involve employees of LHV Pank or LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus and LHV Finance.

  2. Auhinnad

    1.. The physical prize of the three winners in each cycle is one of the following books, per the winner’s choosing: The Intelligent Investor, Reminiscences of a Stock Operator, One Up On Wall Street, The Little Book of Common Sense Investing or Narrative and Numbers.
    1.. As a cash prize, LHV Pank shall double the amount that the three winners have invested in the Growth Account during the cycle using the micro-investment service through debit card payments. The cash prize is up to 100 € per winner, which LHV Pank shall transfer to the winner’s Growth Account.
    1.. Prizes are not replaceable or interchangeable in any form. LHV Pank shall not compensate the winner for the costs of receiving the prize.

  3. Muu

    1. The Campaign participant agrees to accept the Campaign terms and conditions established by LHV Pank and all decisions of LHV Pank.
    2. If circumstances of force majeure occur, LHV Pank is entitled to terminate the Campaign without notice and without any consequences. If possible, LHV Pank will give notification of such interruption via the lhv.ee website or some other information channel.
    3. Regarding all Campaign issues, LHV Pank is entitled to make decisions without previously notifying the participants thereof.
    4. Campaign participants can submit Campaign-related complaints to LHV Pank at post address Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn.
