An income boost
Each month, we will have a drawing where two teachers can win up to 1500 euros added to their bank account. To enter the drawing, the only condition is that your monthly salary is paid to your LHV account.
LHV Savings Account
Each month, we will have a drawing where two teachers will win 200 euros as a first deposit into a new Savings Account. Open a Savings Account and we will give you a push to get started.
Home loan
Signing a home loan contract is free of charge and we will also pick up the tab on the notary expenses.
Campaign rules
- The campaign “Salary for Teachers“ (hereinafter: Campaign) will be held from 20 March 2024 to 31 December 2024.
- Teachers who are registered in the Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) and whose salary for the calendar month preceding the day of the draw has been received on their personal bank account at AS LHV Pank (hereinafter also LHV Pank) participate in the campaign. In the context of the campaign, a teacher refers to all education workers listed in Section 4.5 of the EHIS Teachers' Subregistry Usage Guide.
- Draws will take place from 5 May 2024 to 5 January 2025 (incl.) on the 5th day of each month or the next business day. The winner will receive a one-time payment of 1500 euros transferred to their current account at LHV Bank. Two teachers are drawn as winners each month.
- To participate in the campaign, one must pre-register and accept the campaign conditions. The name of the winner will be disclosed with the winner's prior consent on the lhv.ee website, in customer communications, e-mails, and social media channels.
- Employees of LHV Bank and companies belonging to the same group as LHV Bank (LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, LHV Finance, LHV Bank Limited and AS LHV Paytech), as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the draw.
- Draws will take place on nine occasions, and it is possible for a single person to win it multiple times.
- The prize for the draw will be 1500 €.
- LHV Bank’s representatives will draw the prize, from 5 May 2024 to 5 January 2025 (incl.) on the 5th day of each month or the next working day, in the presence of LHV Bank’s Compliance Officer.
- Compliance with the established terms and conditions for participating in the draw is verified and the winner of the draw is notified of having won within 3 (three) days after the draw has taken place.
- The prize will be paid out as a lump sum to the winner’s current account at LHV Bank, within 3 (three) banking days after the winner has been contacted. The prize will not be paid out in cash.
- If, due to reasons independent of LHV Bank, the winner of the prize cannot be contacted within 3 (three) days after the draw or the winner renounces the prize, a new draw will be held to find a new winner.
- The prize is not replaceable or exchangeable in any way and LHV Bank shall not reimburse any expenses related to receiving the prize.
- LHV Bank will pay any taxes related to paying out the prize.
- Each campaign participant must accept all rules established by LHV Bank and all decisions made by LHV Bank.
- Should circumstances of force majeure appear, LHV Bank shall have the right to discontinue the campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, LHV Bank shall provide notice of such discontinuation through LHV Bank’s website of lhv.ee or another information channel.
- LHV Bank reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the promotional campaign without prior notice thereof. All complaints related to the organisation of the campaign must be presented to LHV Bank via e-mail, to the address info@lhv.ee.
- LHV Pank is the controller for the personal data processed in the campaign. With the participant's consent, a query will be made to the Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) to ensure that the winner is an education worker. The personal identification code will be used for this query. The participant can withdraw the consent at any time via email (info@lhv.ee) or phone (6 800 400). Unfortunately, if the consent is withdrawn, the teacher cannot continue to participate in the campaign, as LHV Pank cannot verify the teacher's status as an education worker. In the event that it is not possible for LHV Pank to make an inquiry into EHIS based on the teacher's consent, due to circumstances beyond LHV Pank's control, LHV Pank has the right to request the teacher to submit an extract confirming that the teacher is registered in EHIS as an education professional. The processing of personal data is regulated by LHV's Principles of Processing Customer Data.
