On 3 October 2020, LHV Pank took over Danske banks loan, leasing and guarantee agreements. From now on, you can make your company’s loan and leasing payments to LHV.
We have made the transition as comfortable as possible. Loan, lease and guarantee agreements have been automatically transferred to LHV. From now on, just make sure that you make your loan and lease payments and pay guarantee agreement risk premiums to the right account.

All amounts transferred to your credit service account in Danske bank will be automatically transferred to your LHV account until the end of October 2020. The Danske bank account will thereafter be closed.
The terms and conditions of your agreement and the payment date will remain the same, but the LHV price list and terms will apply to agreements starting 3 October 2020.
LHV's loan and leasing agreements can be conveniently viewed in LHV's Internet bank and mobile app, except guarantees and apartment association loans.
Loan payments will be automatically debited from the company’s LHV account. Please make sure you have a sufficient balance on your company’s LHV bank account on the payment date.
Yes, the mortgages will be transferred to LHV. You do not need to take separate action in this regard and it will not incur additional costs.
We will email you the lease invoice 10 days before the payment date.
From now on, please use the following details for making lease payment.
- Beneficiary: AS LHV Pank
- Account number: EE497700771000879654
- Amount: the amount specified on the invoice
- Payment details: specify your lease agreement number or leave blank
- Reference number: the reference number shown on the lease invoice
Lease payments at LHV are agreement-based, which means you will get separate invoices for each agreement instead of one lump-sum invoice. The most convenient way of making lease payments is by automatic e-invoice standing order. You can order a new e-invoice and enter into a new standing order agreement in the internet bank where you make your lease payments. If desired, we will also email you the invoice. If you would like the invoices emailed to you, let us know at liising@lhv.ee. In the email, make a note of the email address where you would like to receive the invoices.
When the lease agreements were taken over by LHV, the owner of the vehicle changed (from Danske bank to LHV Pank) and thus we applied for a new registration certificate for your vehicle. The new registration certificate will be sent to the legal address of your company on file with Commercial Register.
The collateral insurance agreement will remain in force until the end date of the policy and the insurance company has been notified of the change in the beneficiary.
When renewing the policy, specify AS LHV Pank as the beneficiary.
If a pledge was established on a deposit to secure your company’s obligations, the pledge will also be automatically transferred to LHV and no action is required on your part.
LHV will contact you in regard to paying accrued interest on the deposit.
The guarantor is now LHV Pank.
We recommend contacting the guarantee recipient and notifying them of the change in the guarantor.
If the risk premium has been prepaid on the basis of the guarantee agreement, no further action is required on your part.
If the guarantee agreement requires the payment of a periodic fee, please proceed from the following.
The risk premium will be automatically debited from your company’s LHV account. Please make sure you have a sufficient balance on your company’s LHV bank account on the payment date.
If you wish to amend the agreement, please contact your account manager. You’ll find the contact details for your account manager in the message we sent you on 5 October.
