From 3 to 8 May, there will be a large-scale interruption in the information systems of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board which will affect, among LHV’s banking services, the Salary Payment service and the Entrepreneur Account; we ask the users of these services to consider possible inconveniences.
A temporary interruption in all information systems of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board means that the functioning of E-Tax/E-Customs as well as X-Road will be suspended; it will also not be possible to make queries to the information systems of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board during that time.
Companies using Salary Payment should take into account that no data exchange will occur between LHV and the Estonian Tax and Customs Board during the X-Road interruption. It will not be possible to make a Salary Payment during that time; the tax amount will not be calculated and no data will be entered onto the declaration.
Users of the Entrepreneur Account should know that upon the receipt of any payments to the Entrepreneur Account, calculation of the tax amount and deduction thereof will occur only after the interruption has ended. During the X-Road interruption, it will not be possible to open or close an Entrepreneur Account.
Upgrades to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board are planned to start on 3 May and all services of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board will be usable again by 8 May, at the latest. The interruption will not interfere with paying taxes with a regular payment.
The interruption is caused by technical restructuring of the E-Tax/E-Customs, as a result of which, e-services will be made more modern, reliable and automated. As one important phase, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board will create better solutions for administrating users, persons, access permissions and authentication.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
