The Banker, a prestigious banking magazine, has chosen LHV as the best bank in Estonia for 2021. LHV has been awarded the same accolade for three consecutive years already.
The best banks were announced at a virtual awards ceremony last night. This year, LHV Pank was recognised for its continued rapid growth, strong financial performance and innovative banking services, as well as its contribution to promoting financial literacy.
Kadri Kiisel, Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Pank, said that this is recognition for LHV as a whole. ‘To be the best bank, you have to think big and take action. But to also be successful at this, you need good people and their trust. Our employees, clients and investors are the three main pillars that have allowed us to grow so fast while maintaining our innovative spirit. Next year’s challenges, beyond growth and surprising our clients, will mainly be about quality and providing the best service. In addition to innovation, clients also expect us to provide the best banking services and this is what we will focus on,’ said Kiisel.
One of LHV’s key objectives has been promoting financial literacy and growing the investor community. According to her, the results of this consistent work can also be seen. ‘People are increasingly thinking beyond tomorrow and caring about their future well-being. It is our opportunity and our task to support them along the way by providing the best knowledge and solutions to help them grow their money. I can confidently say that we can be proud of our clients,’ Kiisel added.
