Due to the approaching holidays, there will be changes to the business hours of LHV Bank, which we ask to consider when planning financial matters.
LHV client offices will be closed from 24–26 December. On 23 and 31 December, the Tallinn office is open from 9:00–15:00 and the Tartu office from 8:00–14:00. During the holidays and New Year’s Eve, callers to the customer support number 6 800 400 will be assisted by our partner.
Internal bank payments and instant payments between banks will take place as usual. Cross-border payments will not be processed from 24–26 December. On 23 and 31 December, cross-border payments will only be processed until 14:00 and express and expedited payments until 10:30. Due to holidays in Russia, payments in Russian roubles will not be processed from 1–8 January.
On 23 and 31 December, brokers will be working until 17:00. On these days, orders are automatically transferred and executed on the US and Canadian markets until the market closes. Change requests submitted after 17:00 will only be executed on the next trading day, so for changing purposes, we recommend cancelling the previous order and submitting a new order. Please send your LHV Trader and Broker entries until 14:00.
On 24 December and 1 January, markets will be closed and brokers will be resting.
