LHV warns clients about scam emails

19.06.2024

In connection with the new wave of scam emails being sent by scam artists in the name of LHV, the bank is warning clients and reminding them of the importance of keeping their data safe. To do so, LHV sent a warning letter to all clients by email. The letter also provides reminders of tips for recognising scam emails.

Since spring, there has been an increase in the number of scam emails sent by criminals in the name of LHV, which are quite similar in appearance to actual letters from the bank. For more tips on how to prevent fraud, visit the LHV website.

If you are a victim of fraud or suspect that you have given your bank details to a suspicious person, please contact the bank’s client support immediately, regardless of the day or time of the week.
