Mobile app
When you enter the app, the overview page displays a summary with the following information:
- The role selector (the account you are using) is shown on the left side of the header. There you can also change the role (for example, switch to a child’s account or a business account).
- In the centre of the overview page, you will see “Total available balance”, which reflects the balances across your different accounts.
- You will also see the action buttons “Pay”, “Request money” and “More”, where additional options are available (including account limits, account settings, adding an account and currency exchange).
- In the top right corner of the overview page header, there are two icons: the eye icon and the notification icon. Using the eye icon, you can blur your account balances to use the app more privately, for example in public places. Under the notification icon, you will find bank notifications sent by LHV.
- Below on the overview page, you can see all your accounts. By tapping on a specific account, you can view transactions related to that account.
- The overview page also displays information about your pending payments, e-invoices and various services.
- We appreciate your feedback and your contribution to improving the app. You can share feedback at the bottom of the overview page using the “Share feedback” button.
- At the bottom of the app, you will find “Overview”, “Cards”, “Growth” and “Loans”, which open the respective service views.
Tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Client data.
Tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Language.
Tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Notifications.
If you would like to review and change which personalised and general offers we may present to you, tap the profile icon → Settings → Consents and authorizations.
You can do this when signing in to your mobile app. The mobile app remembers which authentication tool you used to sign in with (mobile-ID, Smart-ID or PIN calculator) and automatically uses this tool to sign transactions. If you would like to change the authentication method, please log out of the mobile app and log in again using the method you prefer.
Please note that currently only payments can be confirmed with biometrics. Read more about confirming payments.
Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen to see all accounts you have access to.
When you enter the app, you will first see the overview page, which displays your total available balance across different accounts.
There are two ways to view the statement of a specific account:
- Swipe left on the overview page to reach the desired account. Then scroll down to the section Transactions and tap it to view the account statement and transactions.
- Scroll down on the overview page to the section Accounts and select the account you want. Tapping it opens the account view. Then scroll down to the section Transactions and tap it to view the account statement and transactions.
In the statement view, you can also see extended transaction descriptions by tapping the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the account header and selecting Long descriptions. The statement view also includes a search option Search transactions.
On the overview page, tap the button More → Account limits. You will then see the currently valid transfer limits for your accounts.
To change the limits, tap the edit button in the top right corner of the header. You can then continue changing transfer limits in LHV Internet Bank by tapping the button Change transfer limits. After making the desired changes, tap the button Submit and confirm your request with a signature (PIN2).
To make a payment, tap the button Pay on the overview page. If you have previously made a transfer to the recipient, you can search for the recipient by name or account number. You will also see a list of frequent recipients, from which you can select a suitable one.
If you have not previously made a payment to the recipient, tap New recipient and fill in the required fields.
Scroll down on the overview page to the section Pending payments. Tapping it shows whether there are any payments pending on your account(s) and which ones.
Swipe left on the overview page to view the account whose account number (IBAN) you want to share with the payer. Then tap and hold the account number until you see the message Copied to clipboard. The account number is now copied and you can choose how to share it with the payer.
If you would like to request a specific amount of money from someone, you can use the Request money service. To do this, tap the button Request money on the overview page. You can prefill the payment request form and send it via a channel that suits you by tapping the button Share payment request. You can also generate a QR code to request money.
You can make an foreign payment in the app if you are using the updated version of the app. In older versions, foreign payments are not available in the app and can be made via LHV internetbank if needed.
Scroll down on the overview page to the section E-invoices.
Tap Cards at the bottom of the screen. Then tap the add card icon at the top of the screen and select the card you would like to order.
Tap Cards at the bottom of the screen. Select the inactive card and tap Activate.
Enter the last four digits of your card and activate the card.
Tap Cards at the bottom of the screen. Select the card whose limits you want to change and tap Limits. In the newly opened view, choose which card transaction limits you would like to change:
- Card transaction limits (including card payments, contactless payments and online purchases)
- Cash limits (including cash withdrawal limits, balance inquiries at ATMs and ATM statements). You will also see an overview of free cash deposits and withdrawals for the current month.
Make the desired changes and confirm them with your signature (PIN2).
Tap Loans at the bottom of the screen. Then select the loan or leasing agreement whose information you would like to view.
Tap Growth at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Buy and select whether you want to buy shares, crypto assets or bonds. You can then search for the asset you want and fill in the required fields.
You will not receive notifications if they are disabled in your phone settings or in the mobile app. Check your notification settings in the app by tapping the profile icon in the overview page header and then Settings → Notifications.
- In the app, you can change the order of your accounts. To do this, tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Accounts → tap the change order button at the top of the screen (iOS) → tap and hold an account and drag it into the order you prefer.
- You can hide the labels of the main navigation items shown at the bottom of the app if you wish. To do this, tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Appearance → Labels in main navigation.
- You can also disable the option to blur balances. In that case, the eye icon will no longer be displayed in the app header. To do this, tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Security and privacy → Allow balance hiding.
- You can set a default role in the app, so that when you open the app, this role is always shown first (for example, your personal account instead of a business or child’s account). To do this, tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Security and privacy → Default client account.
- You can also switch between light and dark appearance in the app. The automatic option follows your device’s system settings, but you can choose light or dark mode manually if you wish. To do this, tap the profile icon in the app header → Settings → Appearance.
